Description Delta Plus 100 ml hard contact lens solution
A family of two products that ensure proper hygiene and comfortable wear of hard, gas permeable contact lenses. These two products are Delta Plus storage solution and Delta Cleaner.

Delta Plus is the storage and rinsing solution in the Delta product range and should be used together with Delta Cleaner cleaning solution.

 

BENEFITS AND FEATURES:

Can only be used with hard or gas permeable lenses;
To be used in conjunction with Delta Cleaner;
Has rinsing and storage function.
 

INGREDIENTS:

Aqua Delta Plus disinfectant, care and moisturizing liquid: polyhexanide 0.0001% g/v, sodium chloride, sodium phosphates.

 

INDICATIONS:

Delta Plus solution is suitable for all hard or gas permeable contact lenses. It is used for rinsing and storing hard contact lenses.

Some wearers may require weekly use of a protein removal tablet.

 

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Delta Plus is contraindicated if you suffer from allergies to any of its ingredients.

 

USAGE:

Step 1 - Cleansing
Before removing the lens, wash, rinse and dry your hands thoroughly.Place the lens in the palm of your hand and apply 2-3 drops of Delta Cleaner liquid to the lens. Gently rub both sides of the lens with the tip of your index finger for 15-20 seconds.


Step 2 - Rinse
Rinse the cleaned lenses with Delta Plus fluid or sterile saline solution.

CLEANING THE CONTACT LENS SUPPORT: Rinse the contact lens support thoroughly with Delta Plus fluid or sterile saline after use. Clean the holder thoroughly once a week, especially the compartments and caps.
DO NOT USE DRY SOAP OR WATER FROM THE TAP and allow to dry.
Keep the contact lens holder dry when not in use and replace it at a frequency recommended by your ophthalmologist or specialist.

Step 3 - Disinfection
Remove the lid of the contact lens holder and place the left lens in the left compartment and the right lens in the right compartment, then fill the case with Delta Plus solution and close the lid tightly. Leave the lenses in the liquid for at least four hours or overnight. Longer-term storage, e.g. for seven days or more, disinfecting the lenses is recommended.

Step 4 - Rinsing
After disinfection, rinse lenses with Delta Plus before applying to eyes. Pour the remaining liquid out of the lens holder and allow to dry.

WARNINGS:

It is very important to follow a specialist's advice and instructions for use! In case of irritation, discontinue use immediately, remove the lenses and consult an ophthalmologist or optometrist who prescribes contact lenses.

 

CAUTIONS:

Do not mix different types of products from different ranges without consulting a specialist;
To prevent contamination, never touch the dropper of the bottle to any surface;
Close the cap tightly after use;
Keep out of reach of children;
Seek medical attention if swallowed;
Store at room temperature;
Keep bottle tightly closed when not in use;
Use product within stated expiry date;
Discard any remaining solution 3 months after opening;
Do not use the product if the safety seal is damaged, missing or the cap is damaged;
Do not rinse contact lenses or contact lens housing with tap water.
