Biotrue eye drops single dose is suitable for refreshing and moisturising dry eyes caused by external environmental factors. Often the following factors cause dry eyes: constant computer use, controlled air spaces, inadequate blinking, cigarette smoke and windy outdoor environments.
Also, certain medications (such as contraceptives, allergy medicines, beta-blockers, anticonvulsants and diuretics) or certain eye drops and diseases may play a role in dry eyes.
Biotrue eye drops single dose moisturise the eyes, which can help relieve symptoms of irritated, dry and tired eyes, foreign body sensation or watery eyes.
Given the properties of this product, consumers with chronic dry eyes may also benefit from using this product.
How often and for how long should Biotrue eye drops single dose be used?
Dab a drop of Biotrue eye drops single dose into your eyes as needed. You can also use it every day as often as you like. There is no limit to the duration of use. Discard the single dose container after use.
How should I use Biotrue eye drops single dose?
- Detach a plastic container from the strip.
- Turn (push down) the end of the top of the container.
- Tilt your head back slightly and use your free hand to pull down the lower eyelid. Hold the container vertically over your eyes as far as possible with the nozzle of the bottle facing down.
Make sure that the single-dose bottle does not touch your eye, which could cause injury.
Then squeeze the one-dose bottle so that 1-2 drops come out.
Then close your eye and slowly swirl it around to spread it over the surface of the eye.
When should Biotrue eye drops single dose not be used?
Do not use this product if you are sensitive to any of its ingredients.
Important information about Biotrue eye drops single dose
- In rare cases, this product may cause hypersensitivity reactions, such as allergic reactions. In such cases, discontinue use.
- Safety information for the patient in case of severe damage to the cornea: In very rare cases, calcium phosphate deposits have been reported on the cornea during treatment with phosphate-containing products for ophthalmic use.
- Do not touch your eyes with the tip of the container as this may cause eye damage!
- Wait at least 15 minutes before applying another ophthalmic product.
- Do not use the same container again!
- All single-dose containers must be discarded after use!
- Do not use after the expiry date!
- Do not use if the single-dose bottle is damaged!
