Details

Attention! Alcon will discontinue the production of Air Optix for Astigmatism (3 pcs), monthly disposable contact lenses from September 2021. We recommend Air Optix Plus Hydraglyde for Astigmatism (3 pcs) as an alternative.

Packaging: 3 pcs / box

Wearing time: monthly

The Air Optix for Astigmatism monthly silicone hydrogel contact lenses from Alcon are designed for the correction of astigmatism.

Astigmatism, an irregularity in the shape of the cornea, causes blurred, blurred vision. Many contact lens wearers have astigmatism. The subtle differences are due to the shape of the cornea.

High oxygen permeability

The silicone hydrogel material - Lotraflicon B - guarantees high oxygen permeability, which allows healthy and comfortable contact lens wear. Air Optix for Astigmatism contact lenses with a light, bright blue tint allow easy handling and positioning of the lenses. This differentiation does not reduce the quality of vision and is not visible in the eye.

Lenses can be worn for 30 days or for an extended period (up to 6 nights).

Who can wear Air Optix® for Astigmatism contact lenses?

This lens is recommended for people who suffer from astigmatism and sometimes fall asleep with the lens in their eye. The Air Optix for Astigmatism lens adapts to the cornea's need for proper oxygenation during sleep, but do not fall asleep with the lens in your eye more than six times during the one month of wear. We also recommend it for those who:

  • complain of discomfort when wearing other astigmatic lenses
  • experience redness of the eyes due to irritation
  • they have complaints of irritation due to other astigmatic symptoms
  • spend several hours a day in front of a computer
  • seek perfect comfort when wearing lenses

Try a new dimension of comfort!
